Problem: Get the people who wouldn't touch the Metro with a 10 foot pole onto the Metro.
Solution: Reward them for sitting in traffic with the exact opposite of a racing game.

MOBILE GAME
Playing the game rewards Metro points on users' TAP cards and reinforces how much time people can save by getting off the road. Players get points from dealing with other drivers' rude gestures and tolerating obscenities generated by the traffic.
